The basis for exploring Sorqis, reviewing example product content and requesting an enterprise conversation.
The Sorqis website presents the platform, its capabilities and enterprise inquiry options for water providers and related organizations. Interactive product tours use example data to explain investigation and recovery workflows.
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt its operation, submit malicious content or access information that you are not authorized to view.
Network maps, meter and account references, confidence values, asset scores, financial estimates and recovery comparisons in the product tour use example figures. They are not live utility data, verified customer results or evidence of any particular customer deployment.
The operations assistant in the public product tour uses prepared example responses and example data. It does not analyze a visitor’s utility network or customer records.
A demonstration signal does not confirm a physical fault, unauthorized consumption, recoverable debt or failure forecast. No public demonstration should be used to direct field work, equipment operation, billing changes or other consequential action.
A request for a demo, quote or discussion is an inquiry. It does not create a service contract, subscription, customer account or obligation to purchase.
Available capabilities, integration scope, security controls, deployment requirements, pricing, support and service commitments are established in an agreed written proposal and contract. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement.
Sorqis supplies intelligence software. The utility is responsible for its infrastructure, sensors, operational systems, source-data permissions and authorized personnel, subject to the applicable service agreement.
Customer workspaces are available only to approved and onboarded organizations. Public account registration is not offered.
Use only the credentials and identity-provider access assigned to you. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another organization’s workspace. If you need access assistance, contact your organization administrator.
If sign-in, SSO or password reset is unavailable on this website, use your organization’s approved workspace access and support channels.
Models and analytical outputs support qualified judgment. Utility teams must validate the available evidence and follow their organization’s policies before repairs, meter replacements, billing corrections or equipment changes.
Estimated physical volume, recoverable operating value, billed revenue and cash collected are different measures. Applicable baselines, tariffs, operating assumptions and uncertainty should be reviewed before using an output for reporting or investment decisions.
The Sorqis identity and the website’s product presentation are supplied for evaluating Sorqis. Do not misrepresent example screens as a live deployment or claim an endorsement, certification or commercial relationship that has not been agreed.
Third-party software incorporated in the website remains subject to its own applicable licenses. No third-party utility, infrastructure vendor or customer endorsement is implied by a data-source category.
Website content and product information may be updated. Website descriptions are not service-level commitments or guarantees of a particular loss-detection, financial or operational result.
Customer agreements determine service availability, support, responsibilities, liability, governing law and dispute arrangements for contracted services. Website content does not replace those agreements.
