Scope of this notice

This notice describes information requested through the Sorqis website and enterprise inquiry forms. Data in an organization’s Sorqis workspace is covered by the applicable customer agreement.

Workspace data processing, authorized users, hosting location and retention are governed by the applicable agreement with the customer organization. This website notice does not replace those terms.

Information you choose to provide

Demo, quote and contact forms request business contact information and information about your utility. Depending on the form, this includes your name, work email, phone, role, organization, country, approximate connections, available systems and operational priorities.

Please do not submit passwords, individual customer records, payment information or detailed sensitive infrastructure data through an inquiry form.

When online inquiries are unavailable, information entered in a form remains on the current page and is not sent or intentionally saved in browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page clears those values. Your browser may independently offer autofill.

How inquiry information is used

Business details supplied with an inquiry are intended to help the enterprise team understand your requirements, arrange a discussion and prepare an assessment or proposal.

A successful submission is acknowledged only after the service confirms receipt. Submission does not create a customer account, activate a subscription or authorize access to utility systems.

Technical information and cookies

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics integrations. Fonts and brand assets are served locally. The interactive product tour uses example data and does not access customer systems.

The hosting service may process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and error logs in order to deliver and protect the website. The hosting operator’s terms and privacy information apply to that processing.

Customer identity services may use necessary session cookies for authentication. Session retention and device-remembering policies depend on the identity arrangements agreed for the organization’s workspace.

Utility and customer workspace data

Only approved customer organizations receive workspace access. The organization determines permitted users, data sources and enabled capabilities under its agreement with Sorqis.

Operational records, meter histories, customer account information and field-service data must be handled under the agreed data-processing and security arrangements. Individual utility customers should direct account-data questions to their water provider.

Your choices and inquiries

You may choose not to submit an inquiry or to omit optional fields. For website or inquiry information requests, email info@sorqis.com. If you have already contacted a Sorqis representative, you may also use that established business channel.

For an organization workspace, contact your administrator or the designated contact in your service agreement. Available data rights depend on the relevant jurisdiction and the role of the parties processing the data.

Updates to this notice

This notice may be updated to reflect changes to website services and information practices. The date below identifies the current version.
